RotaryAire Inop

Tried to energize the RotaryAire A/C - heat this weekend. When I throw the switch at the AC panel, all the lights on the RotaryAire control panel come on, the display shows "A4" and then the control panel shuts off completely.
I don't think the issue is with the internal breakers.
Anyone had this issue?
