Good afternoon. My name is Kevin Winn, my wife and I have returned to sailing after a long break, we switched to power boating while I was still working. Now we have the time and are back to our roots.
My question is, are there any C350 owners in the South West Florida area? I would certainly like to connect. Thank you in advance and I look forward to your replies.

My name is Skip Markowitz and I am in the Sarasota Bay area. I am a want to be a Catalina 350 owner very soon. Very soon. Meaning, as soon as I sell my beneteau, 331 which is in the Chesapeake Bay area now. I have seen. several 350s up and down the coast from Florida to Chesapeake Bay and have a good idea of what I would like on my boat. I would also like to know how the C350 handles on the power in Marina‘s. The Beneteau is a shoal draft with twin rudders and backed up easy and straight into a slip.
I would certainly like to try before I buy if there are any owners in the southwest Florida area, that could accommodate me.
What sort of familiarization are you looking for?

My 2006 C350 prop-walks to port when backing. Leaving the slip when my fairway exit was previously to my port, I would back out to port (and not fight the prop -walk) and continue all the way out of the fairway in reverse. I found that easier than trying to back to starboard while fighting the port prop-walk.
