Thermostat replacement - part number for a c350 mkii 2008

We would need to order a replacement as a preventative measure on our Catalina 350 mkii from 2008, hull 452
We are based in east Canada.
We have the engine reference but we were told that we needed to identify the tractor model in order for Kubota to easily provide us the part .
Our engine is
Kubota / Universal
V1305-ES
5KBXLO. 13BCD
M-35BC
Serial 5Y0585-E704
If someone has a magic web site allowing us to identify the tractor model based on the reference of our engine it would be great
So far the only thing I think I found is that it might be a Kubota tractor model B2710 but not 100% sure

Hi Pascal,
Take a look at this part to confirm it’s what you need. I gathered this info a few years ago but haven’t actually had to use it yet.
M35B is block V1305 used in B2710
M35 Thermostat:
180 Degree, Kubota #15531-73010
Gasket, Kubota #16851-73270

Hey Guys,
The Kubota data matches up with my 2004 C350 #193 as well.
However, I thought Universal / Westerbeke suggested a 160 degree thermostat. That's what I use and is in their parts guide.
Maybe the marine version (Universal) requires more cooling than the tractor (Kubota) radiator version....

Correct, the Westerbeke parts manual calls for a 160. Appears I was too focused on the tractor info I looked up. I’ve never had to replace it, but I did inherit a spare 170 w/gasket when we bought the boat. Not sure what’s currently in the motor. The 160 is # 73014, although it appears that several of the part numbers have been superseded. And not surprisingly the oem parts are quite expensive.

Thanks all for your help. We went with the kubota and after consulting with our mechanic, it seems that it might not be an issue to run at 180 (80C) instead of 160 (70C)
Seems to be ok in fresh water as running too hot in salt water is causing more salt damage as the exchanger will heat more, but apparently is not an issue for us as pure fresh water.
Anyone would have ran the kubota engine with a 180 thermostat? Any issue to report?
