parts for Charleston Spar furling mast

I have been trying to find halyard exit covers for my Charleston furling mast (black plastic and easily damaged). In the past I called Charleston directly for parts and they were very helpful. Apparently they have been bought out and now refer you to a distributor. Thus far, I have not been able to find a distributor that seems to be willing to assist me. I found an on-line parts source (Rig Rite) but they do not have the specific part on their web site that I can find and indicate they charge $120 per hour for consultation. Has anyone found a good source for Charleston parts?
