I don't know all the statistics, but the MKII was the version created near the end of the model run. It was introduced around 2007. We have hull #422 and it is the original C350, date of manufacture was Oct 2006, but is sold as a 2007 model. Our friends have a 2008 MKII, that I believe is hull #482. The easiest way to tell the difference between the two is the transom area. The MKII does not have lockers on the transom whereas the original C350 does. The rub rail on the MKII runs all the way around the transom to the boarding ladder, whereas the original rub rails stop on each side just ahead of the transom. There are some other small differences as well.

One other major difference between the original C350 and the Mk II is the refrigeration system. The Mk. II eliminated the divider and spill over fan between the freezer and the refrigerator compartment.

Ken,

That's correct. I don't know whether that's a good thing or not. I sort of like having a large freezer section. The only issue is that it requires defrosting after several days cruising in the humid summer weather.
