Replacing haligon bulb

I have a burnt out haligon bulb on the overhead light in main salon on my Catalina Hull #341. I cannot work out how to open up the fitting to install replacement. Any advise would be very much appreciated.

PS. for those replacing anchor bulbs with LEDs be aware that some LED are polarity sensitive and it is necessary to reserve the connections at the base of mast.
