Differences in 2005 and 2006 model yrs?

As I narrow my search to purchase a Catalina 350 I am trying to determine any major changes or improvements between model years of 2005 and 2006? I really can't see much difference on the boats I have looked at and the many listed online for sale. It appears they only differ if the owners have made any additions or changes. Am I right in that assumption? The prices are really all over the place though.

Did you ever buy your 350? Which year? Do you sail on Lake Lanier?
