torn mattress

Interior Forum/torn mattress
We noticed last week our forward berth mattress beginning to rip along the widest portion of the mattress on both sides. I have asked on 350ia E-Mail about this problem and all responses have been negative. I have taken pictures and will forward those to Mr. Frank for advice and hopefully resolution.
We have not slept on the mattress more than 6 months total since we have had the boat.
Suggestions??
