winch covers

Post by elk »

I'm looking for some decent winch covers for the main(jib sheet) winches that won't break the bank. So far all I can find are covers costing ~$50 each, which seems a bit pricey. If anyone has any info where I could look I would appreciate it. I've looked on Amazon, WM, and Defender.
BTW- what size are those winches?

Thanks,

I believe we got some from Catalina Direct, but that was a few years back, and memory may not be perfect. :)

Look for Oceansouth winch covers, readily available in Australia and Europe so guessing they have sales in the States as well. I have covers to fit both cabin top winches and coaming winches. Only AUD45 on Amazon and that is about USD20 these days!!
