HELP? Broken plastic screen hatch hinge

We are trying to locate the part of the hinge screen that attaches to the screen (not the bracket on the framing). Mine cracked and broke on both sides of hatch above forward berth. wrote to CatalinaDirect and they do not have that Harken part anymore (it’s been out of production for some time). They recommended to contact other Harken dealers or purchase from them the newer screens that use different frame and hinge/attachment)..

Can anyone suggest Harken dealers or another place where I can locate plastic part? I’ll try to attach pix..

Any assistance or suggestions are appreciated!

I believe the hatches are Lewmar not Harken. You might try to contact them.

I see you may have found what you need. One other place to look for Catalina parts is over at saiboatowners.com, the of home of some sailing forums. The owner of that site bought out all of the Catalina factory old parts inventory several years ago. If you don't find what you're looking for on their store web page, call them as I don't believe they ever got it all cataloged yet.

I bought a replacement trapezoidal screen for over the v-birth from them last year at a very good price. It was the original aluminum framed one.
