I have been getting some drastic deviation from the magnetic compass on several occasions this summer. Eventually things settle out but I was wondering if anyone knows the location of the flux compass and computer on the 100's hulls?

It really depends upon the installer. Ours was not factory installed - I'm not too sure that any were. Our fluxgate compass in located in the port side cabinet in the aft cabin, inside the lower cabinet, mounted to the underside of the shelf/counter.

I do know that if I accidently leave anything metal sitting on that shelf, that the autopilot compass will show a significantly different reading than compass or GPS heading.
