Replacement faucet for head sink (not shower fitting)

Thx to all who contribute to this forum. Your input and wisdom has proven invaluable. We need to replace faucet in the faucet in our head. When I wrote to Catalina Direct they only had the shower fitting..part #:

This is not what I need (or at least I don’t think it is, unless the pix they display does not match description?)

After a long search for a replacement ceramic cartridge, I ended up replacing my head faucet a couple of years ago. I thought the prices for “boat” faucets were ridiculous, so I ended up using a single hole faucet purchased at Lowe’s. Fits and functions perfectly. Only draw back is that it doesn’t swivel, but it’s turned out not to be an issue. I do recall that I paid particular attention to the measurement specs when I was shopping to ensure the spout didn’t extend out too far. Good luck
