Hi. I think a large bird (pterodactyl) landed on my wind indicator and destroyed it. I bought a new one, but then noticed my old one has a 90 degree elbow to offset it from the mast. I could not find a replacement angle on the Davis website.
any ideas on where to get one or was this a DIY add on?
thanks

Re: Davis wind indicator
Dave, it appears that the Deluxe Universal Masthead mount or the J-Base for Windex® 15 can be mounted on the top or side of the mast.https://www.davisinstruments.com/produc ... ead-mount/

Their manual also shows that the Windex shaft can be bent to give you an offset.

Re: Davis wind indicator
I replaced mine and put the bends in to match the old one.
