Considering the extraordinary number of casulties incurred by the last "non hurricane" visitation by Ernesto ...should we consider a Chat Site for storm preparedness?

The folks near us that got hurt the most were very well prepared.
They lost their boats when others less fortunate or less prepared broke loose and either laid up and cut their lines or stove them.

I'm hoping that the 350 Fleet will contribute their personal preventive measures.
