Anyone have any experience pulling the diesel out of a 350.
Particularly interested in what panels have to go and where they are secured.

Since no one has answered, I'll give your question a shot. Bear in mind that I've never removed an engine from a boat much less on a C350.
I suspect that the engine can be pulled without removing any panels. When you say "what panels have to go", I am assuming that you are referring to ones that are screwed or otherwise fastened in place.
Once the transmission, wiring, exhaust, etc. have been disconnected, the engine can be raised off the motor mounts and moved foreward through the front engine access cover. From there, a block and tackle arrangement from the boom could be use to life the engine out.
