Re: Not running due to fuel
My fuel lift pump does not click. My tank was just about empty this week and the engine would not start. I added diesel to the tank and the engine started. Since I can't hear the pump clicking, should I replace the pump now? Even if the engine will now start. On page 44 of the parts manual it says ...

Re: Engine overheating
Makes no sense that when you rev down the temp drops. She's either overheating or not. I had an erratic temp reading...made me turn back a few times. No steam coming out of the exhaust and plenty of happy badooshing. The gauge would ramp up and peg over sometimes. Had an IR temperature gun on board...

Re: Nextgen 3.5KW
So we got an estimate to install the Next Gen 3.5 kW generator and it came in around $14k! Does this seem reasonable? The breakdown includes about $3k in parts and $4.5k in labor on top of the base generator cost. Clearly I can save some of the labor - but this seems REALLY high to me.
Thoughts?

Does anyone have pictures of their install? We are about to add this to #45 and don't want to reinvent the wheel.

Re: Spare Hoses for Universal M35-B
I would be wary of putting hoses without reinforcement in. The main reason it is there is for support of the hose and keeping it from either collapsing or kinking during operation. Oddly enough, I have not spent enough time "under the hood" to really get a sense of if either of these are a...

Replacement fittings for water distribution manifolds
Hey,
In the process of unwinterizing, I cracked one of the fittings that attach to the water distribution manifold. Does anyone know where I can find those parts? They are hose barb into the red tubing and a seal with threaded female fitting on the other side.
